Welcome to the "house" of Move Freely, Live Deeply. A structure to "focus into flow" the movement muses dancing in my heart and mind.

This week I asked the question "What is the purpose and function of structure in our lives, and how can the body inform our understanding?" What began as a perceived struggle with boundaries has evolved into a creative dance of "untangling the bones".

Here's a few bits that my co-inspirators have dug up to share from their own explorations of structure...

André's been creatively exploring structure by creating a slideshow of last month's Move Freely, Live Deeply gathering as a "vehicle" to share the LOVE LOVE LOVE of our inspired mission.

Duncan Fraser, a practitioner of Structural Integration, is our guest teacher this Saturday and will be guiding us through an exercise in the "art of body reading" to help us "meet" our magic body in a sacred and experiential way.

Sharmaine Goldman
, Artist and Creative Aliveness Coach, is creating an altar for our journey, and in her exploration she shares some affirmations from Louise Hay. The affirmation for the skeleton is: I am strong and sound. I am well structured. The affirmation for bones is: I am well structured and balanced.

In the dance we will move from the inside out, spiraling the bones, and milking the joints to move healing energy into and through the body. The bones teach us about our authentic dance, and encourage us to move in our own way and in our own time.

Listen deeply... what are your bones telling you?
